| To make a long story short this is what happened to me in Dec: 1) My girl and I broke up after a 3 1/2 year relationship.
2) I was laid off from my first job after college.
3) My cat who was 16 had cancer and we had to put him down
4) I was flat broke actually in debit and still am :( So I decided at after all this that either I can wallow and make 2004 the worst year of my life or I can learn from it and accept things happen in life good and bad but for a reason. Here what has happened so far since then: 1) I hustled my ass while looking for a full time job delivering chinese food and valet parking cars while spending every waking moment looking for jobs or bs on this forum.
2) I got a new job as intern in an awesome company that will lead to a salaried position in 2 1/2 months. This job will be a great stepping stone for my career.
3) My X and I are through for good we haven't spoken besides a call on my B-day which was Jan 21. I feel it was the best thing for me. Eventually the right girl will come my way I am in no rush.
4) All my debit will be paid off by the end of May.
5) No new pets but we plan on geting 2 kittens soon. I would like to have a dog but my mom and I do not have the time. Bottom line is things will get better. I wish the best for you!
